An Associate who has been with Henriquez Partners for 10 years. Rui recently completed the Icelandic Independent Living Building and the Lynn Valley Town Centre and Library, managing both through challenging rezonings through to final occupancy. Rui has experience in a broad range of building types having held lead roles in past projects such as the BC Cancer Research Laboratory (the first LEED Gold Laboratory in Canada), Firehall No.1 in New Westminster and the Parksville Civic Centre.
